This Yoder Smokers custom Frontiersman II means next level capability and versatility for larger-than-life cooks that draw even bigger crowds! This custom trailer provides major cooking area with an enormous 30x72" cook chamber with second level slide-out cooking shelves. A 32”x50” vertical is integrated into the build providing 8 slide-out cooking shelves packing an additional 7,4000 square inches of cooking area, for a total of 10,700 square inches. This build features the ultimate temperature control with the Yoder Smokers tried and true Heat Management System — precision-engineered to maintain the balance of heat across the cooking chamber, allowing the Pitmaster to effortlessly control the temperature zones. Monitor your cook with integrated probe ports and dual Tel-Tru gauges mounted on the cooker doors. In addition, this custom Frontiersman II is equipped with dual 60,000 BTU burners for quick heat, boiling or simmering side dishes. You'll find plenty of prep and serving space with a slide-out tabletop, which in turn opens to reveal an ample wood storage box as well as secure storage for the log lighter’s propane tank. Finally, this custom Frontiersman II rolls-out on a tandem axle trailer with electric brakes and blacked-out 16” custom aluminum wheels. Let’s go!!
