But the real versatility is the ability to truly flame grill on the same cooker. Yoder Smokers pellet grills can be set up for direct over the flame grilling, a feature that can’t be matched anywhere else. The Yoder Smokers Flat Top charcoal grill is your large format, live fire cooker with variable 5-height charcoal basket, dual dampers, central smokestack, and the interior magnitude to grill indirect or smoke large cuts. The spacious charcoal grate enables you to create a large direct fire while still reserving half the grill for indirect heat, making it ideal for cooking a variety of foods simultaneously.

Each cooker features a stainless-steel front prep shelf to keep everything at arm's reach.
