If you’re looking for that legendary wood fire flavor in a pellet smoker, look no further than this custom off-road Cimarron. This custom Cimarron packs over 2,225 square inches of cooking space with a 54” cooking chamber, making it ideal for catering or hosting large events, competitions, or gameday tailgates. With versatility and flavor at the forefront, the Cimarron is pellet-fueled and driven by the Yoder Smokers ACS control system. Together with our patented Heat Management System the pitmaster has the ability to control the balance of heat across the cooking chamber to produce award-winning wood-fired flavor each and every time. The cooking grates are stainless steel, and the upper cooking grates slide out for convenience. It even has a removable stainless steel front shelf for all your prep and workspace needs.

What’s more, this custom Cimarron is packed with unique features including a 1,100-watt onboard inverter/charging system with a 12v deep cycle battery, making it completely self-contained when a power source is not an option. And for those longer cooks you have the benefit of a 40-pound pellet hopper with a convenient dump to swap out pellets as needed.

Last but not least, the mobility of this pit allows for access to nearly any space you plan to cook with an integrated steering axle, 14” MSA wheels wrapped in 22” off-road tires, and a fully functioning winch for ease of loading. All this rolls into place with a stunning two-tone color scheme featuring black powder coated side plates with custom-cut logos.
