INGREDIENTS

  • 12 pack King’s Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • 4 slices (4 oz) ham
  • 4 slices (3 oz) salami
  • 4 slices (3 oz) large pepperoni
  • 4 oz (6 slices) provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncinis, sliced

  • GARLIC BUTTER
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic, grated on a microplane
  • 1 tsp Cattleman’s Grill Italiano Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your Yoder Smokers YS640S Pellet Grill to 375ºF with the Yoder Smokers Wood Fire Oven installed.
  2. Combine the mayonnaise and pesto and whisk to combine.
  3. Slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  4. To assemble the sliders, spread the pesto mayo on the slab of bottom buns. Layer on the ham, salami, pepperoni and provolone. Top with pepperoncinis. Cover with the top bun.
  5. To make the garlic butter, melt the butter, then whisk in the garlic and 1 tsp Cattleman’s Grill Italiano Seasoning.
  6. Place the sliders in a Lodge Cast Iron Casserole Dish. Brush the top with the garlic butter.
  7. Transfer to the Yoder Smokers Wood Fired Oven and bake until browned on top and bottom and the cheese is melting, about 8-10 minutes.
