Buffalo Chicken Mini Calzones

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack of buffalo chicken dip
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pillsbury pizza dough

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the buffalo chicken dip in a bowl and add 1 cup of cheese.  Mix together.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a flat surface and using a biscuit cutter, cut out 12 circles.
  3. Work the dough until it is approximately a 5 inch circle.
  4. Please a tablespoon of the mixture in the middle of the dough and fold the dough over. Pinch the ends using either your fingers or a fork to close seal the calzone.
  5. Cover the calzones with a light coating of olive oil.
  6. To prep the Yoder, install the pizza insert and turn on the smoker.
  7. Preheat to 400 degrees and open the firebox fully.
  8. Place the calzones on a pan and place the pan in the pizza oven.
  9. After 2 1/2 minutes, rotate the pan.
  10. After another 2 1/2 minutes pull the calzones from the oven and enjoy.  Serve with carrot sticks and celery with some ranch.
