Grilled Peach Bellini

The Bellini, a delightful and elegant cocktail, originated in Venice, Italy, at the renowned Harry’s Bar in 1948. Created by bartender Giuseppe Cipriani, this iconic drink was inspired by the vibrant colors in a painting by the 15th-century Venetian artist Giovanni Bellini. The original Bellini was a simple yet sophisticated blend of white peach puree and Prosecco, capturing the essence of Italian summer in a glass. Over the years, the Bellini has gained international fame, becoming a symbol of Italian aperitivo culture and a staple at brunches and celebrations worldwide. Its refreshing, fruity flavor and effervescent charm have ensured its place in the annals of classic cocktails.
