Pork Chop & Eggs Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • Fresh chicken breasts
  • Thick-cut pork chops
  • Fresh-cut green beans
  • Neil Sarap Gourmet Lemon Pepper
  • Fresh garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Feta Cheese
  • Eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your Yoder Smokers grill to 350°F — For this cook I used oak hardwood pellets
  2. While the grill is coming to temp, thinly slice some fresh garlic and season the pork chops with the gourmet lemon pepper rub
  3. Heat up a pan on the stove, add some olive oil and drop in the green beans along with some of the sliced garlic
  4. Get the pork chops onto the grill over direct flame, flipping as needed until an internal temp of 140°F
  5. Toss the green beans in the pan until the garlic is browned, then remove and sprinkle with sea salt and feta
  6. While your pan is still hot, fry your eggs (perfect with the garlic infused oil already in the pan!)
  7. Top your pork chops with one egg each and plate with the green beans. Enjoy!
