Custom Chisholm
Fate Brewing knows what it takes to make the scene and feed a crowd of nearly any size with this Yoder Smokers custom Chisholm. This custom trailer cuts to the flavor chase with a cavernous 24x72"cook chamber featuring one large door for whole animal cooking, as well as a 26x52 vertical cook chamber with adjustable damper and six slide-out cooking shelves. Inside the main cooking chamber, you’ll find a slide-out second level cooking shelf, as well as the Yoder Smokers’ patented Heat Management System — precision-engineered to control the balance of heat across the cooking chamber, allowing the Pitmaster to effortlessly control the temperature zones of the pit. A large square firebox fuels this custom pit which means less time on fire management so you can focus on the flavor and your guests. Monitor your cook with integrated probe ports and dual Tel-Tru gauges mounted on the cooker doors. Additionally, two 60,000 BTU gas burners are mounted at the tongue of the trailer for side dishes and skillets. Ample room for prep comes via the stainless-steel front shelf spanning the length of the main cooking chamber, complete with integrated cutting board. You'll find additional prep and serving space with a slide-out tabletop that opens to a wood storage box, and just behind that is secure storage for your propane tank. All this rides on a tandem axle trailer with aluminum wheels and electric brakes. This custom Chisholm also has stainless-steel custom branded signage to display the Fate Brewing name. One thing is for sure, no one is going hungry when this rig pulls into town!
