Mounted curbside is our large format 24×48″ flat top charcoal grill when it’s time for direct flame grilling, while dual 60,000 BTU burners at the tongue of the trailer provide quick-heat convenience for side dishes. Next, you have secure storage for all your wood, charcoal, propane, and cooking supplies in the standard wood box with a slide-out table for prep and serving table, just behind that you have additional storage that includes four sliding drawers creating ample on trailer storage for events. So if you’re looking to get in the ring, the Santa Fe is a surefire way to start.
