Cooking for a large crowd comes down to efficiency and flavor, and this custom Frontiersman trailer goes big on both. Starting with our Frontiersman II mounted street side, this 72″ double-door offset wood pit features an integrated vertical smoke chamber complete with 8 sliding shelves… so bring on the large cuts and even larger quantities! Mounted curbside toward the rear of the trailer is our 24X48″ flat top charcoal grill for that over the flame grilling on those cuts that deserve that fire kissed flavor. Also mounted curbside are dual Summerset burners and a large stainless-steel gas griddle, this rounds off all the versatility of a commercial kitchen on this custom platform. Storage is abundant with sealed tongue storage box, wood storage box with a slide out table and sealed utensil/spice drawers conveniently mounted near the slide out table.
