Custom YS1500
Old school looks come together with new school technology on this custom YS1500S pellet cooker. We’ve taken our traditional offset cart complete with steel wagon wheels and dropped our infamous YS1500S on it, bringing the smokehouse flavor anywhere it rolls with 1,500 square inches of cooking surface driven by the Yoder Smokers S-Series ACS controller. In addition, the patented heat management system (HMS) that was perfected in our wood pits is also integrated into this pellet cooker. The HMS is designed to allow the Pitmaster balanced control over the temperature zones inside the pit making it easy to fill it full of butts and briskets or grill a few steaks or burgers. And when it comes to getting into position on the patio, the neighborhood cookout, or even your next competition, the custom cart moves with ease by way of heavy-duty 10-inch casters and a pull handle that allows you to steer this bad boy into place. An expanded metal lower storage shelf allows for quick access to your tools, extra pellets, or anything else you might need on hand. The large front shelf provides nice real estate for those in-cook needs. Suffice it to say this custom YS1500S is designed to make short work out of out those weekend cooks! And if looks could kill…
