This small trailer packs a lot of cooking power. The 24×48″ charcoal grill provides 1,152 sq inches of cooking surface with a variable height charcoal basket and the ability to cook indirectly. The Santa Fe has over 1,600 sq inches of cooking space with the ability to slow smoke, barbecue, and grill. Add in the double 60,000 BTU burners and you’ve got every cooking option available to feed a crowd in a trailer that’s easy to maneuver into small spaces.
