This custom Cimarron takes rugged good looks to a new level with Jeep Rubicon wheels and off-road tires, all while bringing the smokehouse flavor to the masses. Whether you’re competing in the fast-paced world of competition barbecue or on-site catering, this custom configuration takes charge. With 2,225 sq. inches of cooking space, this Cimarron is pellet-fired providing convenience, consistency, and unsurpassed ease-of-use. At the heart of this cooker is our patented Heat Management System — precision engineered to control the balance of heat across the cooking chamber, allowing the Pitmaster to effortlessly control the temperature zones of the pit to produce that coveted wood fire flavor. Next, mounted curbside, you have the large format 24″×48″ Flat Top charcoal grill for direct grilling. The Flat Top grill features adjustable grates to control the proximity of the heat to your burgers, steaks, chicken or chops for that classic over-the-flame flavor time and again. Dual 60,000 BTU burners mounted streetside keep your side dishes in business, rounding out a full-circle cooking solution from smoker, to grill, to gas. Added utility on this custom trailer includes a large storage box with a slide-out table top for prep, and directly behind that is cooler storage with tie-downs. Mounted inside the storage box is a 12V charging system with inverter to keep the Cimarron pellet cooker powered-up for when you’re remote and without an electricity source. Last but not least, you have custom signage on the Cimarron counterweight, as well as both sides of the storage box. This custom trailer is fully self-contained for a full day of cooking, so what’s left but to find your next venue.
