This custom Cimarron trailer is coming in hot! From the custom 3M flame wrap to color-changing undermounted LED lighting to riveted door frames, this Yoder Smokers Cimarron rig makes a scene no matter where it shows up. The only thing that rivals its looks is the flavor it throws down with an expansive 2,400 square-inch cooking chamber with convenient slide-out cooking shelves. At the heart of this pit is our patented Heat Management System — a precision-engineered system to control the balance of heat across the cooking chamber, allowing the pitmaster to effortlessly control the temperature zones of the pit. Coupled with Yoder Smokers’ heavy-gauge steel construction this Cimarron will maintain rock-steady temperatures with balanced, clean smoke for that winning wood-fire flavor. And speaking of rock-steady temperatures, the Cimarron is fueled by an over-sized 30x28” insulated firebox with the signature Yoder Smokers boiler-style door and includes a propane log lighter to help kickstart the fire. In addition, a heavy-duty charcoal basket for the firebox is included with a Fireboard Drive fan system. Rounding out this custom trailer are conveniences such as integrated probe ports, dual temperature gauges mounted on each door, tongue-mounted storage box, locking storage compartment, and 12’ wide stainless-steel shelf to display your trophies. The single axle trailer has LED taillights and rides on 16" blacked-out Mamba wheels with a full size matching spare. Finally, undermounted color-changing lighting sets the stage into the night, completely self-sufficient via a deep-cycle battery and on-board charger.
