Pork Spare Ribs on the YS1500

These Pork Spare Ribs on the Yoder YS1500S pellet smoker have a sweet, spicy & smoky bark with Cherry Dr. Pepper and Killer Hogs BBQ Rub! Our friend @OwensSmokinBBQ on Instagram shared this recipe for his pork spare ribs with us and if you can’t already tell from the photo these ribs are absolutely delicious. Pork spare ribs are generally large and meaty, and are often considered the most flavorful cut of pork rib. They have a decent amount of fat, which contributes to their taste as it cooks down in the smoker. So if you are new to ribs or looking for a new take on the traditional, try this recipe!
