Pulled Pork Loaded Totchos

Tatchos (Tator Tot Nachos) are crispy tater tots layered with your favorite toppings. And Pulled Pork Loaded Tatchos are the perfect way to use up last night’s bbq. Serve them on the next game day or let the kids help for a fun and easy dinner!

INGREDIENTS

  • Smoked Pulled Pork
  • 1 lb Tater Tots
  • 1/2 Cup Orange Bell Peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Jalapeño Pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion, chopped
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato, chopped
  • Your Favorite BBQ Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your smoker to 350°F
  2. Spread the tots evenly across a large baking sheet, season with Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt, then place into the smoker
  3. While the tots are in the smoker chop your veggies and shred your cheese
  4. Once the tots are golden brown, move them from the smoker and into the kitchen
  5. In a large cast iron skillet make a base layer with the tots
  6. Add the jalapeño pepper, onion, and bell peppers
  7. Now grab the pulled pork and layer it evenly over the top
  8. Next sprinkle in the cheese and get the skillet into the smoker
  9. Once the cheese is melty, remove from the smoker and top with the diced tomatoes
  10. Finally, drizzle your favorite barbecue sauce across the top and enjoy!
