INGREDIENTS
- Chicken Wings
- Kinder’s Japanese BBQ Rub
- Kinder’s Japanese BBQ Sauce/Glaze
- Sesame Seeds
- Green Onion
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Lightly coat chicken wings in Kinder’s Japanese BBQ sauce and season with Kinder’s Japanese BBQ Rub. Allow wings to marinate for 30-60 min.
2. Set your smoker at 225 and allow it to preheat.
3. Place wings on the smoker and smoke for 60-90 minutes.
4. Increase heat to 350 and continue to cook. Rotate wings as necessary.
5. When the wings have a nice golden color, glaze with Kinder’s Japanese BBQ Sauce and cook for about 10 minutes or until sauce becomes sticky.
6. Remove wings from smoker, add sesame seeds and diced green onion. ENJOY!
